We designed and implemented a database to assist the FBO Secretariat of the Directorate of Agricultural Extension Services to be able to register and report on Farmer Based Organizations (FBOs) throughout the country. The solution consists of a software used at the district, national and regional levels of the Secretariat. It also consists of a website that allows the general public to generate reports on FBOs.
